Reliable Maintenance Ltd was founded in July 2003 by Rick Martin, having identified a market within the Car Park industry, to provide a “One call we do it all” service.
This included the repair or installation of car park surfaces, access control, security and maintenance of the facilities including their corporate offices and onsite amenities. The “One call we do it all” philosophy was promoted and resulted in significant growth over the first few years of operation.
Our services were soon being procured by large corporations and local councils, who valued our “Reliable” , trustworthy services.
As our company name suggests (Reliable), our philosophy is to make every effort to understand customer’s objectives and needs; to deliver a quality service, on time and to budget.
The business is now very well established, with a sustainable client base benefiting from a full range of services to meet their every need. Whether it be reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, project, premises relocation logistics – we facilitate their every need.
Our wider workforce is made up of highly skilled engineers and technicians with extensive experience across commercial, industrial, and residential maintenance.
Each team member undergoes rigorous training and continuous professional development, ensuring they are fully up to date with the latest industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices.

Bella keeps our office morale high and our desks fur‑tunately free of boredom. With years of experience in tail-wagging, biscuit-quality control, and meeting attendance (mostly naps under the table), she ensures every visitor gets a warm welcome.
Her skills include stress sniffing, paw-sitive reinforcement, and excellent taste in chew toys. Bella may not type memos, but she’s an expert in spreading joy and reminding us all that sometimes the best ideas come with a wagging tail.
